| Intuit (QuickBooks) Only if enabled | Accounting synchronisation | Customers, invoices, payments and cost records, only for contractors who connect it | United States |
Optional services
Rows marked Only if enabled receive nothing unless a contractor turns that feature on. SMS notifications are off unless configured. QuickBooks receives data only after a contractor completes the connection themselves, and only for that contractor’s account.
What we do not use
We run no third-party analytics, advertising networks, session recording, or marketing trackers, not in the application, and not on our public website. No provider on this list receives data for advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Where your data sits
The application database, which holds your projects, budgets, contracts, change orders and invoices, runs on servers in Beauharnois, Quebec.
Several other providers store data in the United States. That includes uploaded photographs and documents, which are held in Firebase Storage, as well as billing, email and SMS. So we do not claim that all of your information stays in Canada, because it does not. Information held in another country is subject to that country’s laws and may be accessible to its courts and law enforcement. See section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new sub-processor begins handling personal information, and notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance where the change is material. To be told about changes, write to privacy@ridgepole.ca.
